Sending Thanks and Well Wishes to Melinda and Cody!

Many thanks to Melinda Sommerfeld and Cody Cassidy for their work on the PAMN Steering Committee.

Sommerfeld resigned from the PAMN Steering Committee this spring when she left Nebraska Medicine as a media strategist to pursue a new opportunity outside of healthcare. Cassidy resigned after leaving the University of Arizona Cancer Center as director of communications and public affairs to pursue a new career opportunity in financial planning.

While serving on the Steering Committee, Sommerfeld helped lead the Communications Subcommittee and was instrumental in the organization’s website redesign, newsletter updates and in helping identify trends in the industry share with PAMN members.

Cassidy helped lead the Elections Subcommittee and was instrumental in the recruitment of new leadership for the organization. He also served on the CRM Subcommittee and assisted in shifting the organization to its current independent platform now managed by the PAMN Steering Committee via the current web platform.

Please join us in wishing Sommerfeld and Cassidy the very best on their new adventures. Both will be missed.
